Creative Work

This page shows my “Creative Work” – how I bring ideas to life through visuals and stories. For me, Usman Jatoi, creativity is about more than just using tools; it’s about seeing what’s possible and making it real. My journey in the digital world has always had a strong focus on making things look good and feel right.

I started my digital path when I was very young, at seven years old. By the age of twelve, I was already working professionally. Early on, I tried different things, and I quickly found that my real interest was in making things that looked good and connected with people. This led me to graphic design, and from there, my creative skills have grown into many areas.

Branding: Giving a Voice to Ideas

Branding is about giving a business or an idea its own look and feel. It’s how people recognize and remember something. I do everything needed for branding. This includes making the logo, which is the main picture of a brand. It also involves creating motion graphics, which are moving logos or designs that bring a brand to life. I also pick the right colors, choose fonts (typography), and make mockups to show how designs will look in the real world. My goal is to make sure every part of a brand’s look works well together and tells its story clearly.

Thumbnail Designs

This section highlights my creative work in bringing ideas alive through visuals. Creativity, for me, is not just about the tools but about transforming possibilities into reality.

Social Media Posters Designs

Social media is often the first place people meet your brand, so your posters need to catch attention fast and clearly share your message. I create designs that not only look great but also help your brand connect emotionally with your audience.

From choosing the right colors that reflect your brand’s personality to picking fonts that make your message easy to read, every detail is crafted to support your goals. My aim is to make your social media visuals consistent and memorable, whether it’s a single post or a full campaign.

Mascot Logo

Back in 2021, I started creating mascot logos mainly for Twitch streamers and small online creators. At that time, my designs were simpler and less polished—more about experimenting and learning than delivering perfect, professional work.

These early mascot logos helped me understand how to create characters that feel fun and relatable, even if the designs weren’t yet super detailed or complex. I focused on making them clear and recognizable for social media and streaming platforms.

While I was still developing my skills, this phase was important because it taught me the basics of character design and branding. It gave me the foundation I needed to improve and create stronger, more polished work as I grew.

I’ve put my branding skills to use for my own projects, like Redsglow, my personal brand, and the tools within Redsglow. I also did branding work for a UK company where I used to work (Pearl Lemon Group). I pay close attention to every detail, from the overall style to the smallest parts.

I always work to make my branding skills better, and I use the latest AI tools to help me. Some of the AI tools that help me in branding and design include Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Dall-E 3, and Looka. These tools help me quickly try out new ideas for logos, color schemes, and even how fonts look together. They make the first steps of design faster, so I can spend more time making the final look just right.

Graphic Design: Turning Ideas into Pictures

Graphic design is a big part of how I make ideas real visually. It’s about taking thoughts and making them into clear, eye-catching pictures. I use tools like Adobe Illustrator for drawing and making logos that can be used anywhere, and Photoshop for editing photos and creating detailed designs. I also use Canva for quicker and simpler designs, which is great for social media. I have over 3 years of experience with these tools.

I have worked on more than 100 thumbnails for videos, about 15 to 20 logos, and over 250 mascot designs and other projects for Twitch Streamers. I also do graphic design for my own projects.

These projects show my ability to create a wide range of visuals for different needs, from small online images to full brand elements.

I always work to get better at graphic design, and I use new AI tools to help me. Some of the latest AI tools that help me in graphic design include Canva’s Magic Studio, Clipdrop (Stability AI), Microsoft Designer, and PhotoRoom. These tools help me create different design ideas, remove backgrounds quickly, and even suggest new layouts, which makes my design process faster and more creative.

Video Editing: Making Stories Move

Video editing is a skill I use to tell stories and share messages through moving pictures and sound. I can cut videos, make colors look good, add effects, and put everything together so it flows smoothly. My goal is to make videos that are engaging and memorable.

I have edited more than 4 documentaries. This includes a street food documentary, one about Cholistan, and a special one about my own city, Khanpur District Rahim Khan, titled “KPR.” These documentaries show my ability to tell longer stories and create a mood through video.

I also edit short videos (reels) for clients, including those in accounting and for entrepreneurs. I have also edited my own promotional videos and ads to show my work. When I record my games or my vlogs, I edit those too. This means I can handle many different types of video content, from formal documentaries to casual personal vlogs.

I work smoothly with video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects for professional projects, CapCut for quick and social media-friendly edits, and Filmora for its ease of use.

I am always making my video editing skills better, using the newest AI tools to help me. Some of the latest AI tools that help me in video editing include RunwayML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Descript, and Topaz Video AI. These tools help me do things like generate video from text, remove objects, create talking avatars, and improve video quality, making the editing process more efficient and opening up new creative options.

3D Modeling: Building Worlds and Objects in Space

3D modeling is about creating objects and environments that exist in three dimensions in a digital space. This skill allows me to build realistic or stylized models that can be used in games, animations, product designs, or even for architectural plans.

For 3D modeling, I have used two software programs. I first tried 3ds Max when I was learning and used it for a house map for a learning purpose. Then, I spent two years deeply learning Blender, which is a very powerful 3D software. I use Blender for almost all my 3D work. For making the final images look good (rendering), I use Blender’s Eevee and Cycles render engines.

During my learning, I created between 50 to 100 3D models. These included low-poly models (simpler models often used in games), entire environments, and various objects. This shows my ability to create detailed 3D assets from scratch.

I am always working to make my 3D modeling skills better, and I use the latest AI tools to help me. Some of the latest AI tools that help me in 3D modeling include Blockade Labs (Skybox AI), Luma AI, Instant NGP (Nvidia), Spline AI, and Masterpiece Studio. These tools help me create 3D worlds from text, generate 3D models from images, and speed up parts of the 3D creation process, letting me focus more on the design itself.

My Creative Journey: Learning and Growing

My creative skills have been built through constant work, learning, and trying new things. When I started, I tried many different approaches. Some ideas worked very well, and some did not get much attention. For example, my early YouTube channel videos didn’t get huge views, and I left a graphic design job because the pay was not fair for my efforts. There were times when a creative project felt stuck, or when I faced technical problems.

These were all learning experiences. Every challenge, like the long hours needed for a documentary or making sure a design looked perfect, taught me something new.

It showed me that creativity often involves problem-solving and perseverance. I often find new ways to do things even with limited resources, which pushes my creative thinking even further.

Looking ahead, my creative journey continues. I am always learning new things and staying updated with the latest trends and tools. My goal is to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital creation, using new technologies to make my work even more impactful. My “Creative Work” is always growing, driven by a desire to bring new ideas to life in visual ways.
