My Own Data Journey and Content Automation

You can’t understand AI by just reading or watching others talk about it. You have to get involved — painfully, personally. My experience with AI started as a need, not a hobby: I wanted to push past surface-level experiments and see what happens when you feed a machine everything you’ve lived through.

One of my most serious projects is building a local offline chatbot — one that understands my entire life. Not vaguely. Fully. I’ve been collecting data for it for over a year, including:

  • 30+ pages detailing my school and religious background

  • 66 pages tracking my 7-year professional path, including wins, losses, skills I built, and failed attempts

  • My company’s full 2.5-year growth history

  • Folder names from 2,500+ GB of files

  • Transcripts from meetings, Loom videos, YouTube uploads

  • 69+ Google apps: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, browser history

  • Group chat archives from 250+ groups and 100+ people

  • Conversations across Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and others

  • Notepad files from 3 phones

  • Full transaction histories from NayaPay, SadaPay, EasyPaisa, and my bank

  • Email-based receipts and invoices

It sounds over-the-top. It is. But the point is real: If I can get a chatbot to grasp all of this, it’s proof of what’s possible when you pair raw data with persistence. There’s no fairy dust here — just a lot of late nights, bad outputs, file cleanup, broken code, and the constant tension between privacy and usefulness.

Why does this matter to you?

Because when I work with businesses on AI, I don’t rely on half-read whitepapers or theories. I’ve seen where things break, where they quietly improve, and what actually helps. For example, I’ve built workflows to automate article generation using nothing but columns in a spreadsheet:

Website name in Column A.
Keyword in Column B.
Prompt goes into the AI tool.
Content gets returned.
Link goes into Column G.

That sounds simple, but try doing it at scale. Doing it manually burns time. Automating it entirely costs too much — unless you’re fine with vague, generic content. So I’ve been testing local AI writers as a cheaper workaround. But they’re not always current, which makes some results unreliable. Getting around this means experimenting with prompt structure, filtering nonsense, and forcing clarity — all lessons I carry into client work.

Where I Come In

Most businesses know AI could help them. But they don’t know how, or where to start. The result? They do nothing — or follow trends blindly, waste money, then back off when it doesn’t deliver.

At Usman Jatoi Pro, I offer something more grounded. I start by understanding how you work, what slows you down, and what you actually want to improve. Then I figure out what kind of AI setup makes sense for you. No hype. Just clarity, options, and steps you can take without burning your time or budget.

What I Help With

What I Help With

I track what’s actually working — new research, experiments, and tools that aren’t just flashy demos. Then I ask: can any of this fit your workflow? Could it help now, not five years from now?

  • Reviewing useful AI methods for real-world use

  • Helping you think ahead by watching trends

  • Translating technical updates into business-friendly insights

Making AI Models Work Better

Just having a model isn’t enough. You need it to behave — and that depends on training, fine-tuning, and clean data. I help with the behind-the-scenes work that makes the difference.

  • Preparing datasets properly

  • Checking for biased or broken outputs

  • Adjusting models for speed and better results

Integrating AI Into Daily Work

The real challenge isn’t understanding AI. It’s making it fit into how you already work. I handle the awkward part — getting it to play nice with your tools and team.

  • Planning how AI fits into your setup

  • Connecting it to your existing tools

  • Onboarding your team with simple instructions

Doing the Research for You

Have a specific idea in mind? Wondering if AI can handle it? I dig into that for you. Whether it’s a strange kind of data, a tough process, or an idea you think might be too ambitious — I look into what’s possible, what’s not, and what’s worth trying.

  • Deep technical checks for unusual use-cases

  • Testing ideas before you commit resources

  • Real answers, not guesses

Building a Real AI Plan

Maybe you know where you want to go — just not how to get there. I help plan that journey. No vague timelines. No buzzwords. Just steps, blockers, and what to expect at each stage.

  • Reviewing your current setup and resources

  • Setting a phased plan

  • Giving honest input on tools and trade-offs

Frequently Asked Questions

What does AI research and innovation mean for my business?

It means finding new ways to use artificial intelligence to make your business better. This could be making tasks faster, getting more insights from your data, or creating new things. It helps your business stay current and grow.

No, not at all. AI can help businesses of all sizes. Even small changes using AI can make a big difference in how well your business runs. We work with businesses of all sizes to find ways AI can help them.

It really depends on what you want to do. Simple AI updates might show results quickly, maybe in a few weeks. Bigger projects that change a lot of how you work could take months. We will give you an idea of timelines when we talk about your project.

Not at all. Our job is to make AI easy to understand for you. You tell us your business goals, and we figure out the technical parts. We explain everything in simple terms so you can make good choices without needing to be an AI expert.

The type of data you need depends on the AI project. For example, if you want AI to help with customer service, you might need chat logs or email records. If you want AI to help with sales, you might need sales figures. We can help you figure out what data is most useful.

We care a lot about using AI in a good way. We make sure that any AI systems we help you with are set up to be fair and do not cause problems. We also talk about keeping your data safe and private when using AI.
