It’s currently 12:34 AM on a Sunday as I write this. I’m working a full-time job at a company where I put in over 12 hours a day. On weekends like today, I’m handling urgent tasks for 5+ clients along with internal responsibilities 😓
Everyone is busy with their own lives. I barely get enough time to sleep. But at the same time, there’s a hustle running through my veins. I want to do something big. I have hundreds of ideas — ideas that excite me, ideas that could make a difference. Just like many others, I dream of creating something meaningful.
I’ve also started multiple courses aimed at improving both myself and my team under the theme “Youngsters with a Better Future.” Now, I’m focusing on improving myself and the world around me.
So today, I’m starting a daily/weekly challenge called “Building Something Interesting in Public.” Right now, I have zero idea what exactly I’ll build from my list of ideas. I don’t know how I’ll manage my routine, my health (which is already messed up), the demands of my company job (where I often work overtime, even on weekends), and this new product — something I want to be proud of.
A Quick Introduction
Hi, I’m Usman Jatoi — a 19-year-old who started working digitally at the age of 12. It’s been a 7-year journey full of learning, experimentation, and growth.
I’ve worked on over 300 graphic design projects, edited short films and documentaries, and spent 1.5+ years in 3D using Blender. I’ve designed 190+ websites, doing vibe coding and building SEO and lead generation Chrome extensions, developed 1,000+ tiny converter plugins, and am currently building a custom flight booking plugin.
I’ve attempted to build over 20 plugins, tools, and software products, learning from both wins and failures. I’ve gained hands-on experience in lead generation and custom automation, and even opened an office with 14+ team members at the age of 17. I hired my first designer at age 16.
Right now, I’m working on developing my own custom software with the help of a freelancer (My Tasko). I’ve ideated over 350 digital business ideas — some unique, some saturated but interesting, and some with huge potential.
For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been working at a London-based company, where I manage a team of 19+ members. I dedicated a whole month solely to learning SEO and became obsessed with creating efficient processes. I love researching, optimizing systems, and constantly testing new concepts.
I’ve also independently created three commercial ads and continue to learn and grow every single month ❤️🔥
